Our team’s vibe is taking our work seriously, but not ourselves. We love to laugh. Halogen isn’t a space where anyone is afraid to ask a question or lend a helping hand. We are so proud of the supportive atmosphere that we all learn and grow in.
What We Offer
We are the only salon in NEPA to offer our stylists paid time off. In addition, we offer a sliding pay scale, flexible scheduling, paid continuing education, quarterly one-on-one meetings, annual goal planning assistance, and all salon amenities provided for your clients.
